OC3PR – Ramping Up Activity After the COVID-19 Third Wave
About this Event
Join us for the next OC3PR on that will provide an approach to ramping up activity after the COVID-19 Third Wave.
Presenter: Dr. Chris Simpson, Ontario Health, Executive Vice-President (Medical)
Objectives:
By the end of this session, the participants will have an improved understanding of:
- The principles that will guide the return of elective activity in Ontario.
- What regional differences might be expected, including how such differences will be mitigated or addressed.
- What is a likely timeline for return to regular clinical activity including how unexpected changes will impact the said timeline.
- Potential impact on critical care related to ramp up of clinical services and mechanisms that Ontario’s critical care system could use to assist with the ramp up.
We invite all multidisciplinary ICU teams to participate and ask that you please share this invite with your colleagues who are involved with critical care. To further share key learning points highlighted during each webinar, we encourage teams to schedule time to debrief and discuss how the information will inform or be incorporated into practices in your hospital. The webinars will also be recorded and made available on the CCSO website along with supporting documentation.
If you have any questions that you would like to submit ahead of the webinar please send these to info@ccso.ca with the subject line “Clinical Webinar Series”.
We look forward to you joining us.
Thank-you
