OC3PR – Health Human Resources in Critical Care: How to make the best of the current situation

Please join us for the next OC3PR where we will discuss the current Health Human Resource situation and how critical care units are dealing with the challenges.

Objectives

After attending the webinar, attendees will be able to:

1. Identify strategies that have been utilized to improve and support critical care unit staffing
2. Identify additional strategies or resources that may be helpful to support staff education and retention
3. Develop initiatives that can be utilized to support critical care staff well being and to develop long term retention strategies

We invite all multidisciplinary ICU teams to participate and ask that you please share this invite with your colleagues who are involved with critical care. To further share key learning points highlighted during each webinar, we encourage teams to schedule time to debrief and discuss how the information will inform or be incorporated into practices in your hospital. The webinars will also be recorded and made available on the CCSO website along with supporting documentation.
